USAG Women's Developmental Program LEVELS 3-10
 

CATS competitive program competes in meets throughout Connecticut, Rhode Island, Massachusetts and New York and Florida. We strive to and successfully produce highly competitive athletes in a positive environment. 

 

This competitive programs currently practices between 9-12 hours a week and competes in 8-10 meets per season not including states, regionals and nationals.

 

Our athletes don't only take home medals, but also a  strong sense of self-confidence and sportsmanship.

XCEL Program
 

The Xcel Program is designed to offer a broad-based, affordable competitive experience outside the traditional Women's Developmental Program to attract and retain a diverse group of athletes.

 

CATS' XCEL group currently practices 4-9 hours a week and competes in 4-6 meets per season.

PRE-TEAM
 

The future of our competitive programs, these young athletes are reinforced on the basic skills, strength and flexibility needed to prepare them for competition.

 

Gymnasts are selected from our class programs and are evaluated by our coaches before being chosen for pre-team.

 

Pre-team currently practices 3 hours per week.
